Dear Park Place owners and residents,
Park Place’s pool will be open for the season on Friday, May 22, 2026. Before using the pool, you must review the new Pool Registration process & Rules and Regulations that detail requirements for safe pool use.
We will be using the same electronic pool pass system as last year. This process will allow you and your guests to be electronically screened by the lifeguard upon entry to the pool. This will speed up the registration process and also eliminate having to pay for lost passes.
Note: If you choose to not upload a photo, you will need to bring a picture ID with you to the pool each day.
To utilize the pool, residents will need to meet the following requirements:
*Complete an online pool application and upload photo.
*If owner - Copy of Deed or Title needs to be on file with Management Office.
*If renter - Current Lease on file with Management Office listing all residents.
o Pool access can only be granted to registered residents of Park Place.
o Children ages two and up will need to be registered.
Hours of Operation: (Pool hours subject to change during the season)
o Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
o Saturday-Thursday and Holidays: 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Guest Passes
The number of guests allowed will be according to unit size. The lifeguard will be able to see the number of guests you are allowed to bring. All guests will need to be always accompanied by a resident.
• Efficiency and 1-bedroom units One (1) guest pass allowed
• 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom unit Two (2) guest passes allowed
Additional Guest Passes - Can be purchased for the following cost at the office or front desk.
• Day passes $10.00
• Seasonal $75.00 (May – September)
Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations
All rules must be observed. The Lifeguard is empowered to remove anyone from the pool area for any infraction or for safety reasons.
1. You must be properly registered or have a valid pool pass to enter the pool or fenced area.
2. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations for use of the facility.
3. The Association assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use or for loss or damage of personal property.
4. Except for intentional actions and gross negligence, persons using the pool agree not to hold the Association liable for any actions of whatever nature occurring within the pool area.
5. Unit owners will be responsible for the actions of their resents, children and guests.
6. All persons shall obey the instructions of the lifeguards. No person is permitted to use the pool unless it is officially open, and the lifeguard is on duty.
7. Persons must stay clear of guard stations and not loiter at the check-in desk.
8. Persons unable to demonstrate to lifeguards their ability to swim are not permitted in deep water.
9. Children 12 years of age and under must be always accompanied by a responsible person 16 year of age or older in the pool area. If responsible person is a guest, ID will be required.
10. All persons must take a cleansing shower before entering pool.
11. Persons having colds, coughs, inflamed eyes, infections, open sores or wearing bandages shall not use the pool.
12. Only appropriate footwear will be permitted on the pool deck.
13. Food is allowed in designated areas –Tables must be at least 10 feet away from the rim of the pool.
14. No breakable objects, such as glass beverages or containers are allowed in any part of the pool area.
15. No play equipment, play pens, wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs and strollers), etc., are permitted in the pool area.
16. Non-service animals are not permitted in the pool area.
17. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed in the pool area at any time.
18. All trash must be placed in containers provided for this purpose. Owners are urged to assist
in keeping the pool area and shower rooms clean.
19. No running, pushing, dunking, diving, rough play, or profane language will be permitted in the pool area. Standing or sitting on another’s shoulders is not permitted.
20. Spitting of water and similar unhygienic actions are not permitted.
21. Radios, TVs, boom boxes, or similar items are not allowed in the pool area unless used with earphones.
22. No smoking is permitted in the pool area.
23. The pool management company, or its authorized representative, shall have the right to request persons to leave the pool area for any violation of the rules and regulations.
24. 24. Per City of Alexandria, there will be 15-minute breaks starting from the 45-minute mark to the top of the hour. where everyone must exit the pool.
